Context: Barely Anyone in South Korea is having children anymore so it will be common that there will be less people in apartments, less people will drive and less people that will have a job.

We have no choice. 70% of the country is mountains. Even the soil quality is bad. We have to rely on industry rather than agriculture. People have no choice but to live in large cities.

In Korea, to live in a small area, tall apartments have become a common residential environment. It is true that buildings have become more colorful because they are economically rich than in the past.
