From what I am seeing here is that C.C is trying to stop Michael from killing himself from laughing as seen from the text above saying that Michael will die if he laughs but yet Michael does it anyway, but he was also crying too seeing that this might be the last time he'll see his younger brother before passing on to the afterlife in heaven which C.C might tell the other members of the family that Michael died from laughing. They wouldn't believe the young brother so he decided to show them instead, they see Michael on the ground not moving or breathing. Ms. Afton starts shedding tears seeing her baby boy on the ground dead, Elizabeth will do the same telling her big brother to wake up and William would be in shock and silently crying seeing his son laying there motionless. William will call Henry to tell him the news about what happened and Henry will be the same as Michael was like a nephew to him and a older cousin to Charlotte, the funeral will be held for Michael and everyone who had bonds with him will be there. The family and friends will see the casket being closed and lowered into the ground before being buried with a tombstone saying Here Lies Michael Afton the son of the Afton family.
