Black people need to worry about these negative female rapper stereotypes

The reason they keep making these movies is because we don't support anything else. Everything on TV or at the theaters that is "black" is over the top and/or about bs.

Glenn Close and the whole cast did an amazing job.

We watched the Movie because of Glenn Close. Everyone else killed their roles too. Especially the little boy!!

I think it was an excellent strategy to give Glenn Close a starring role.

I watched this movie and they were VERY realistic with their roles. Not just the same old stereotype per se but this is something that can be relatable outside of the paranormal aspects. It wasn't overly dramatic with their acting

If they couldn’t handle Precious they couldn’t have read Push. Tyler and Lee watered down tons!!

Man… Folks just complain to complain. They’re movies. If you like this type of stuff, watch it. If not, don’t! We don’t have to be outraged by every damn thing…. This is why folks are dropping dead in their fifties from hypertension.

The movie Deliverance was entertaining. Glen Close brought it. She was riveting. The character made Glen Close 20 years younger. She reminded me of the white girl in the movie Hustle n Flow, Taryn Manning. .

The ending of the movie said it all.
What a powerful ending. It say it all.

What a way to get rid of demons, on your knees, arms stretched to God in heaven, speaking in tongues. Wow, Deliverance. Academy award for Glen Close.

There are real issues in our communities. Where is the outrage over Gentrification? Where is the outrage over black on black crime?

Why would they do something different if Black folk keep supporting what they put out?

Netflix wasn’t going to pick it up if he didn’t have a white lead actor in it.

Why can't they show black love stories of Black people having healthy relationships and luxurious lifestyles???

Aren't we tired of hate watching? Ya'll get mad at Tyler Perry because all his films have Medea in it. Then he made a Action movie called Alex cross and nobody went to see it. Now he made a movie about an all black female regimen during World War 2. Nobody's going to see it because Medea is not in it. This is a black horror movie, we loved blackula back in the day and it had every black stereo type in it also, But we consider it a classic. Ease up family, it's not that serious🤷🏿
