VinFast Display at the 2022 LA Auto show

This is the VinFast display at the 2022 Los Angeles International Auto Show. VinFast is a Vietnamese manufacture of EVs, and smartly enough they appear to only offer SUV models. We will see if they actually end up on the streets though, or if they are just dreaming.

These have a unique pricing structure which the customer leases the battery separate from the vehicle price. There are two tiers to the battery pricing. Unlimited or Fixed. So for people who drive less than 310 miles per month there's potential savings with the Fixed plan. Battery will be replaced under warranty if it dips below 70% capacity.
