i dont think people understand how black holes work. If you smash together two particles into a singularity, the resulting black hole will still only have the gravity of those two particles. Not nearly enough to even risk destroyin anything.

Any black hole created will have evaporated in extremely small fractions of a second, next, they haven't even seen any black holes in the collider even yet.
