You left out Percy Jackson, son of poseidon. That dude can control poison, blood, talk about almost all fluid that has H2O content. Not to mention his speed and his combat skills. He can summon hurricanes and cause earthquakes too. The best thing is, he doesn't need to stay near water bodies!
