I own a condo in Niwot.. about 5 miles N/E from Boulder. Investment only .. never have, never will live there. It’s increasing in value, but holy shit! What a hassle owning it. Snowflakes complain about everything under … anything. I swear… 60% of the population are named Karen. Would I invest again there? No freaking way!! Three more months and it becomes ‘long term capital gains’ instead of short term. I’ll sleep better once I hit that threshold. I plan on selling it this time next year when a new crop of Karen’s hatch and invade my sanity.
