Ive been doing a loose carnivore diet for the last 5 months and feel amazing.
I don't eat veggies often but when i do i feel crappy and sluggish.
I tried a plant based diet for about 6 months got constipated and actually really depressed.
I will continue to eat meat to my hearts content and you cant stop me.

I am always annoyed if food is about to get bad, because i hate throwing it away. Sometimes I invite friends over and cook for them, just to save the food from being wasted.

I have eaten meat all my life, absolutely love specific recipes. However I don't feel I need to be eating it 1 to 3 times a day everyday. Not to mention the quality of meat we are being fed or sold.

Should we eat meat? The answer is yes. We are omnivores. Our bodies have developed through nature and Homo sapiens 300, 000 years of existence to run optimally and efficiently on both ate meat and a plant-based diet. Only recently have social engineers decided that they know better than nature. Of course, Mr. Gates would be peddling this ideology since he is America’s largest farmland owner, not to mention he has multiple patents to control agriculture through information technology. Financing technological initiatives under the guise of “charity“ and then owning the corporation that owns the patent for the product that was funded through charity is a nefarious way to go about doing business.
