My granddaughter found this and has been watching this over and over for the last week. She said 'Grandpa, Davy is so cute it almost hurts to watch this" And I love his voice". I told her that back in the '60s he was the heart throb for teenagers everywhere.

The Monkees didn’t get the love they deserved, except for us “teenyboppers”. . Well guess what. We were right. Their songs stand the real test of time. Most of them written by people writing a lot of the big hit songs back then. Their songs are excellent. The ORIGINAL Boy Band! Now, EVERYBODY is perfectly happy to be in a “Prefab” group. They WANT to be in a prefab group! They audition on tv for it! And you know what? The Monkees actually played instruments. Now, the groups, they just sing. 🤷‍♀️ which is fine. Look Out Here Comes Tomorrow has been one of my favorite songs for 50 years. I don’t think a love triangle song can ever go out of “style”.
