On one end, its really sad to hear the music slow down as the ink vials are destroyed

On the other end, drinking these ink vials are how Ink is able to experience emotion... which means once they're all gone, he is completely emotionless. And in that state, he becomes an unbelievably terrifying near-machine of absolute efficiency. Canonically, he'd be even more terrifyingly powerful without his emotional baggage.
So im pretty excited for whatever his "special attack" is :)

I like how after being killed by the unforgiving miniboss attacks, merg just returns to hear the normal ink sans theme that he loves
