I can say that #2 is the closest one, yet this is not a valid matrix. Rules have to be very well defined, and no noise should be added otherwise rules may be misinterpreted. The correct answer would be #2 reflected horizontally.

right you peeps seem confused.the inner shape goes on to the outer dot, suggesting it is not possible to be 2 as it is in the wrong place, so therefore it HAS to be 5, have I explained this well enough??

among 1, 2, and 5: the rules... all the transformations (from A to B) are met or closest? in 1 : circle is out and bigger in the opposite corner (condition met), then, Circle to be over the dot (condition not met). in 2: circle is out, bigger and in opposite corner (conditions met) and the transformation is exactly the same as in B. Finally, in 5 L circle is out in opposite corner but still small, conditions partially met.
So the closest transformation (a match) will be 2.

The correct answer is #5 because it respects all the transformation rules
