Kepler 1649c - an Earth like exoplanet?

In our local galactic neighbourhood, just 300 light years away lies a planet that has been dubbed Earth 2.0. Let’s find out more shall we. Orbiting an M class Red dwarf star called Kepler 1649 there are 2 planets. One of them Kepler 1649b orbits very close, too close to be considered within the habitable zone for this star. The other planet Kepler 1649c orbits in the habitable zone. If it has managed to keep hold of its atmosphere, then liquid water may exist on the surface of this planet. The planet is also very close in size to the earth meaning it could be the most similar planet to earth we have found yet.

I used to think red dwarf stars were quite uninteresting, but they're so common and there seems to be many systems with rocky planets near the habital zone. Could you do a video specifically on red dwarf stars? We always hear that the radiation is intense and they flare a lot, but are there some that may be more permissable for habitable worlds?
