Hi, Great video. Just did my 1st PIAB sub. Noticed you only got 1 pop from a 3 pop sub. Is that normal? I had a 6 pop sub and only got 5.

Haven’t tried PIAB yet, but that Back to the Future Pop is great! Grew up loving that movie and I’m glad to hear the Customer Service took good care of you

Great little video right here. The lucha libre one is hulk bust as a wrestler. Piab uk is good with packaging but the us piab is non existent with packaging. Love the look of the bttf pop but even tho it isn't ment to be here the lucha libre one is my fav obvs because I love my marvel. Keep up the great work as always Chelsea

I had to get in touch with PIAB last week as my sub box said it had been delivered but I never got it. Customer service was fantastic though! The person said that I shouldn't have been sent the pops they did send as they were on my thumbs down list, so asked what ones I collect and they would send better ones out that were on my thumbs up list, so getting 2 marvel ones that I chose out of the selection they sent, as an apology!

I’ve just ordered my 1st pop in a box subscription this month I got 2 pops that had box damage dunno where the 3rd one is 😂 I might get whatever that thing you got from America lol or I’ll just get the 2 pops it’s a 3 pop subscription. I’ll try April give it 1 more try if it’s rubbish again I’ll cancel. Hopefully I get one from USA they have better pops than us in 🇬🇧 uk

The good thing about PIAB is you can basically choose what you want. You will only ever get something that is on their In Stock section so you can basically pick what you want by going on the night before your sub is picked (the date the money is usually taken) and then just thumbs down everything you dont want and up the things you do. The downside is theres no indication of where your order is coming from and 90% or the time it seems to be from America and can take ages!
Still, if you play the system right you definitely get plenty of value out of it! Shame the packaging can be really hit and miss too!

Is there a specific way to get more value? I have most of the rides/movie moments/6”/10” pops thumbed up but always seem to get just the standard sized pops. Hopefully this month is different because I have the 6x box 🙏🏼🙏🏼
