For those who dont hear the Dog's Vocals : Just Go to the Settings, Click Sound then you see Mono Audio, Turn It Off.

Hes far away in the first part thats why the vocals feel quite quiet so the instrumental just generally plays into that and it becomes The Dog's vocals.
