A lot of people are confused so I looked some stuff up.

In a nutshell, if we say the woman in the video is between 140 and 150 pounds or 60kg then 0.32~0.38 is where she is in serious dangerous of drinking herself into a coma or worse.

You're "safe" everywhere under 0.29, but keep in mind that body weight is a huge factor and each person handles and drinks alcohol very differently.

Every 40 to 60 minutes you should take off 0.01 from the total. So if you blow 2.9, after 40-60 minutes, it should be around 2.8.
Meaning this woman drank herself dangerously close to the limit of bodily functions, or the test was off
