Personal Finance Lecture 6 - Principles of Investing

This lecture highlights the key principles of investing. We discuss active versus passive investing, types of investment accounts, different asset classes, risk and return trade-off, and asset allocation and diversification. We analyze the impact of fees and expenses on portfolio return, and also look at why investing with index funds, in combination with DCA and DRIP, might be the optimal choice for beginning investors.
