In this interview, Delson Armstrong, star student of Bhante Vimalaramsi, recalls tales of unusual spiritual mentors, including an Indian cobbler who taught Delson to read peoples’ karma, unlocking the ability to see not only others’ past lives, but also their future fate.

Delson engages in a detailed discussion of how to acquire, refine, and master siddhi, aka special powers, discusses his own encounters with entities while on dark retreat, reveals his experience with the yogas of dream and sleep, and offers advice on dealing with periods of karmic reckoning.

Delson also describes the 31 planes of existence, from the Brahma Lokas to the Hell Realms, and shares his opinion on figures such as Mara, Patanjali, and Jesus Christ.

Since the last episode I have searched out Delson's teachings regarding Bhante Vimalaramsa's TWIM method and the way he teaches it is so clear and simple that my practice has gotten a lot better and simpler. I am excited to watch this episode Christmas morning. Much gracious thank yous to both Steve James and Delson Armstrong! You both are doing such good.

“The faster I ran, the slower I became” - this is an apt statement for our spiritual journey towards enlightenment.

Another great interview and a promise of another one yet to come. Delson is extraordinarily articulate about topics most of us can barely discuss yet he makes them real, relatable and exciting and with the desire to do so, attainable. The internet is an amazing place.

I spiritually geeked out on that episode. I know someone would say that we should not focus on siddhis, that it is all illusion, but this is cool regardless. Thank you, Delson and Guru Viking for sharing.

30:43 Greg Halpern. I like the delivery of this whole thing by Delson, without revealing the name until asked.

Thank you so much Guru Viking, for bringing this to the world. Without a guru, YouTube seems be my guru. 😊

This is going to be great and in one way a big contrast from the last episode because in the last one Steve really zeroed in on the claim of no heart rate vs what the scientists measured. I can't think of a good way to bring that level of questioning and skepticism to this episode's topics without it being hilarious to listen to.

Thank you so much for doing these videos! They help so much to understand oneself and reality better! Especially for the poor western brainwashed minds. And thank you especially for this interview with Delson! I am so grateful to have access to this profound knowledge that we have available through the internet now! I wish every beeing on this planet would watch, listen, and read what is available instead of watching nonsense. This realm could be the heavens of heavens! Maybe that’s what we are heading towards thanks to more and more people starting to awakening. 🙏 god bless both of you!

I have a request for the next guest . Would you interview Jurgen Ziewe ? He is a great out of body astral world or metaphysical world traveler and meditator .

Steve James. Amazing interview as always, definitely looking forward to more series like these. There are lots of specific questions to be asked based on Delson’s books/materials for more advanced stages--no-nonsense discussion on those are hard to find elsewhere in most places. (e.g. micro-phenomenlogical patterns of entrance before cessation or in between 8th and 9th jhana, meaning of path and fruition of sotapanna, difference between cessation and contact with nirvana element, identification with post-cessation relief as sokadami vs anagami etc.) .it would be great if there are more detailed discussion on those.
