Olsa Tool Backpack || Long Term REVIEW

Olsa Tools, Tool Backpack REVIEW. This is a 10 month LONG TERM REVIEW of how the bag held up while I was using it as a maintenance tech in the oil patch. There are several other videos out there showing this "new" tool backpack from Olsa Tools but most are just "unboxings" disguised as reviews. This tool review on the Olsa Tools Tool Backpack however is different because I did not film this tool review until after almost 10 months of continued use. I was going to try to wait until a full 1 year long term tool review but unfortunately when oil prices dropped I was laid off, therefore could no longer continue testing the Olsa Tool Backpack in the field to see if it would truly stand up to a life in the trades. Now as a tradesman that also reviews tools, I understand that my experience with the Olsa Tools tool backpack does not dictate that it will hold up as well in every other trade. But if you're a tradesman that does not work in a shop and needs an option to organize your tools while working in the field this may be a legitimate option. The Olsa Tools Tool backpack is very well built. You can tell that the rubber bottom, fabric, and stitching is all quality work and held up great with everyday use from a tradesman. But there was one major flaw I came across while using this bag that nobody else mentions in any of their tool reviews of this Olsa Tools Tool Backpack.

If you have watched the full review and have accepted the flaw in my bag might be a one time occurrence, then you definitely may want to just on the SALE Olsa Tools is having right now on their Tool Backpack.

For the price, it looks like a decent bag! The bottom looks similar to Craftsman Backpack.

Excellent review, Brad. Makes a big difference when a bag is tested loaded with tools.

Great video bro, my bag did the same thing too but I think it was from to much weight definitely not as bad as your but I don’t use mine in a daily basis but I do use it on the weekends for side jobs. The padding on the straps can definitely be way better especially with a heavy load kind of digs into shoulders. But as for price I feel like it’s fair gotta keep in mind it has a lifetime warranty on the bag!!!

Olsa doesn't sell stuff in Canada. Looks like a decent bag.

Great review Brad! That bag would be great for the on the road maintenance guy. If your job might not be in the same place everyday and you can’t take a rollaway with you. This bag looks like a good option!

Went ahead and ordered one. Under $50 delivered seemed like a decent price for a large, fairly stout looking bag that would allow me to carry a ton of junk. Thanks for the review.

Wish I'd had one of those back in college. The nylon one I had fell apart and I had to keep it stitched together like Frankenstein's monster. =)

Not a $100 bag until they fix those straps. Otherwise seems pretty solid.

If I really had a use for it $51 is decent for something fairly heavy built. For someone like @The Maintenance Man it wouldn't be bad.

What a coinkadink! I was actually eyeing this bag on Amazon today as an option for my tech tools at work. I used your link and signed up while that deal was there. I don't think I'd have given $100 on this bag, but the current sale price makes it probably one of the better tool backpack deals around. Thanks for the review. I was still waffling a bit on it even at the sale price, and your review helped.

Them straps need to be a lot more wider and way more padding.

Looks like a decent bag, especially at the new price range. Too bad about the heat giving it a dent! 👍

good review! this is the second review i've watched and i hate how limp and shapeless it becomes. but for the new price some things can be overlooked but when priced at 100.00 bucks id'd
say pass. the Klein backpack seems very similar in the flop over issue.
