Hi. Your videos are really helpful, I have watched many of them so far. I need your advice, I’m a 10 years experienced Video Producer, I do kind of project management in my job naturally, managing crew, timelines, motivating, budgeting and delivering.. I think I have all the mentioned skills in this video.
I want to take a step towards being a project manager in my field, what is the next step for me? PMP? Or is there something else that I should acquire to be qualified to apply for project manager jobs?

I think I hold a lot of the skill sets and personal interests involved with project management; and have considered it as a career path many times over the last few years. My two hesitations and questions are - what exactly is the career path for project management? I am a working mom of one, eventually two. I am in school now but don’t have the ability to be in school full time for the next 4-8 years. How could I get into this career with little experience? Thank you SO much.

I've spent the better part of the year studying project management PMBOK, youtube, udemy guides etc... I have no formal PM work experience and only know PM in theory.

Where should I look for my first role? What kind of role title would it have? And do I need to have a bachelors degree to get in a good company or will employers care more about my certification (CAPM) and other qualifying factors?
