It costs $500, 000 a year to house a single person in a shelter? Seriously? That is over $40k a month for ONE PERSON?? That cannot be true.

I'm not sure who hired these people but id don't think basic mathematics was a prerequisite when they were hired. If the city is willing to pay 8333 for a 2 bedroom voucher tenant then that means a 2 million dollar property is dirt cheap and that it's time to
