How To Brew Your Greek Mountain Tea

1. Heat water in a kettle to 200°F (93°C).
2. Break 4-5 stalks, or 5 grams, into a 12 oz (400mL) teapot.
3. Pour hot water over the herbs in the teapot and steep for 5 minutes or longer.
4. Decant and enjoy!

These herbs can be infused for several rounds until the flavor and aroma dissipates.
