These are my favorite kind of videos, the ones that show of smaller thing most people miss.

The closed-face helmet mod is absolutely essential for me. Not only does it look better actually seeing the eyes of the guards instead of empty black holes, but as someone who plays exclusively as the beast races, I never wore the full helmets because my Khajiit's skull would get completely crushed into a human shape, so the only indicator of their race would be their tail. Now it's pretty sweet, especially for when I join the Dawnguard and use the heavy armor set from that faction. The beast races don't get nearly as much attention as they should from the modding community, but I'm glad that this mod exists. I don't understand why Bethesda saw the skull-crushing effect the Dragon Priest masks had on the beast races and thought "Yeah, that doesn't look strange at all."

I'm gonna put FOV 5 on the dialogue zoom in, it'll feel like Kill Bill every time I have a conversation.

Improved Closefaced Helmets is one of my absolute favorite little mods. It's amazing what a difference it makes.

My comments for each mod.

1. Face to Face Conversation: I honestly cannot fathom why anyone wanted this back. It was one of the most immersion breaking and silly things in the previous Bethesda games, and one of the things that sold me Skyrim was the promise that it was gone. If you like it, more power to you. It's not for me.

2. Improved Closed faced Helmets: I use this mod, and it's just absolutely essential and I can't imagine why it wasn't in the vanilla game. The only one I wouldn't change is the Daedric helmet, personally, but that's easy enough to do on my own.

3. Cobb Encumbrance: This could make for an interesting change to the gameplay. While I might not use it for normal play, my travelling merchant character could certainly make good use of it. It would make forming a caravan more rewarding.

4. Multiple FLoors Sandboxing: Why did this need to be a mod? It's just so obvious that this is how it should be.

5. No Combat Boundaries: Same as above. This was in Oblivion, so why isn't it in Skyrim?

6/7. Miners sell ore/Farmers sell Produce: This should be a gimme. Another one for my merchant character!

8. Air Atronachs: This is just cool. I admire any sufficiently well-designed creature, and this one seems to fit right in.

Subbed, every time I get back in to Skyrim (when I've got bored of the last game) I come to your channel, watch these videos for hours and go on a modding marathon. Good work dudes, good work.

The modder's dilemma: already have so many mods that I'm paranoid about breaking the game, don't wanna install anything more, but now that I've seen new mods I can't un-see them and will be forever annoyed or I could do it and risk breaking my game.

One extremely immersive thing to do in Skyrim, which is something I never saw an any channel, is to low the music and use clanking armor sounds to make it extremely atmospheric. You can also add dark music soundtracks aswell.

Well, I've just added five more mods to my load order. The list grows every day, it seems.

Cobb encumbrance looks really interesting. I'll have to test it alongside disparity to see if they conflict.

That being said, I enjoyed the slew of mini-mods mentioned in this video. Always nice to discover something new.

5:12 Speaking from experience with custom creature models, rotating heads would be IMMENSELY hard to pull off. Every time you create a custom creature, you HAVE to base it off an existing creature, because we (as modders) lack the tools the Devs used to create the behavior files used to dictate animation states. This is why you need a complicated hack tool like FNIS to even add an additional animation into Skyrim. The same is true with creatures - they have to be based around an existing creature, behavior file, skeleton, and animations set.
