Honestly, though, a tablespoon of tomato paste is made from 2-3 whole tomatoes so counting 4-6 tomatoes, cooked and concentrated, is reasonable. If tomato sauce or tomato paste on pizza gets vegetables into kids, it’s better than giving them celery sticks for them to throw away.
