People you dont have to buy the kit. You can buy your own mats..All you need is tulip, pebble and leaf motes (27 pieces each), you can use imitation pearls for the pebbles.

A 3 meter wire LED lamp, and a container of your choosing (I used a small acrylic box). Tried making it, and mine looks very similar to this. And it all end up costing me $2.5 only.
