While in school, a spoiled kid with an inheritance to burn away heard a teacher say the words "freedom of speech" while explaining reasons why America is great. That same kid wasted the inheritance on failed business ventures, and went on to assume "freedom of speech" meant freedom to break absolutely any law, and never be under the control of any legal authorities.
