As a Swede, I see the Nordic countries as siblings. We have the same norms, values and history. What happens to one of us, hits us all in the heart.

I am from Denmark, and I consider Norway, Sweden and Finland our brother/sister nations. A great decision it truely is to combine our airforces and create a unified leadership. According to recent Danish news, a broad majority among the political parties in The Danish Folketing is ready to strength Danish Airforce with further orders for F-35s. Well done!!!

I´m from sweden, But i have relatives in all the nordic countries. So for me there is no boundaries between us, We are all the same people. And i love that we can depend on each other. It´s not the weapons that make us strong, It´s our friendship.

As a Pole, I am aware that, compared to our neighbors to the north, we have a lot to do to ensure that our armed forces achieve an equally high level of readiness in the event of war. However, I think that we should try to join this initiative as a partner securing the Baltic Sea from the south. Regards!

The nordic countries are commonly known for making good decisions for their people. This is just another example of this.

As a dane who treasures our nordic comradery im blown away that this decision is actually coming to fruition.

Its amazing to think that the two countries in the world who have been at war with eachother the most throughout history (Denmark and Sweden) have joint air forces. What a wild ride it has been in the north throughout our history. But we all secretly wish for a return of the Kalmar Union and this is a great step towards (something like) that.

Seperately we arent much of a force, but combined we are one of europes most formidable military powers.
I think i can speak for all of my nordic brothers and sisters by saying, this makes us all feel a lot safer!

The Nordic countries are like brothers. This is just brothers, coming to gether, in times of need. I am from Norway my self, but i will volunteer to help any of my brother people. Finland, Sweden or Denmark. All proud Viking nations. And let us not forget Iceland. The beloved little brother. We all care for him too. Odin, guide or ships, our axes speers and swords, guide us through, storms that whip, and in brutal war.

I love that these four countries are combining their air forces. It not only enhances their air force capabilities, but it makes the world a somewhat safer place for all. Great idea. Congrats to Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweeden! No doubt your combined air force will be one of the most powerful in the world! In the immortal words of MLK, Let Freedom Ring!

As an American I love this alliance as it ultimately makes the Nordic sector of the NATO alliance more capable and stronger defensively and offensively if needed. Russia, you should take this seriously.

Hi from Denmark. I can´t wait to 2024, when we get our first bunch of the F-35, to see and hear that mighty bird over me. The concept of a Nordic Air Force, is critical for our safety.
We almost share (kind of) same language, culture and understanding of our common history, fightning each other in endless wars (back in time). So we now about the importants of sticking together, so i welcome this very much.
Peace & Love from Denmark.

Putler wanted to finish Nato. Now it's Finnish. And the newly symbiotic relationship of the 4 Nordic States? Priceless.

Stupid politics aside, Sweden's membership in NATO, is a formality, they are firmly in the western allies camp. But we will still celebrate and congratulate, when it's ratified.

Not only because of being a Finn, but also from the pragmatism stand point of view I really appreciate this way forwards in generating a world class air force here in the Nordics. Best way to stand up against the ruSSkie aggression as the question isn't really if it happens but when... Well done Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark!
