as a person with ADHD and sensory issues I need stimulation all day, being left with nothing to ground myself into reality my brain goes into a hectic state of talking about everything and anything and personally I find that meditating alone with myself isn't refreshing or relaxing in any way it's actually exhausting as hell and it gives me horrible anxiety that usually leads to a big anxiety attack, having a brain that never shuts up is just a horrible feeling because most of the time there is no actual resting you will always hear something in your head, glad you get to find meditation enjoyable and relaxing but some of us just arent so lucky, also that girl should just get waterproof earbuds instead of airpod covers.

I personally am not allowed to de-stimulate in the shower, because I have severe adhd and if im not listening to a playlist i already have memorized to literally keep track of time passing, i will stare into space until the whole house's hot water runs out. I shower like Dirk Strider and the only way to control it is to have a really obnoxious musical soundtrack on.

My brain will start to tell me to hurt myself and others and we don't want that.

The ear shower caps, by the way, are actually meant for people dying their hair to protect their ears from the chemicals they are placing so dangerously close to them.
But I think that using it to protect your airpods in the shower isn't *too* weird as long as you're only using it for something like enjoying music in the shower when playing it on speaker may have previously irritated other family members. Music in the shower gives me the background noise that allows me to think and space out more effectively while also acting as a sort of timer to keep track of how long I'm in there. I try not to be in the shower for more than 2-3 songs.

I must admit something to everyone here. I have in fact had the forbidden spicy sushi. It was sold in Walmart for a bit. All I can say is it was an experience. It tasted good, but oh so wrong. 4:10 the seatbelt silencers are actually used for modified cars that use a harness instead of the actual belt but that still have the standard belt installed most street legal track cars do this cause it's a hassle using a harness when going to the market and some tracks won't allow you to use the 3 point belt so there's your minor explanation

7:52 - That rocking chair looks identical in its detailing (with the exception of the rocking direction) to the one we used to have that my younger brother randomly decided to saw one morning with the saw from my child-size tool set. He didn't get very far through the wood, as the saw wasn't super sharp. The wood color of this one is lighter though and slightly less reddish in color.
