So this is exactly what discussed in this brilliant, live and free event with our expert panel where we had My Menopause Centre Co-Founder Dr Clare Spencer talking about prescribable HRT alternatives that you can get from your GP, Dr Carolyn Eddleston, a former GP turned Acupuncture practitioner, spoke about the power of acupuncture to help ease symptoms while Davide Ferrilli, a pharmacist, herbalist and nutritional expert helped us navigate the often confusing world of herbal treatments and supplements.

We also had lots of questions from the hundreds of people who joined this webinar and answered them through the course of our discussion as well as towards the end of the webinar.
