Can Janine's BEST TEAM Beat Pokémon HeartGold!? (Hardcore Nuzlocke)

We all know Fuschia City Gym Leader Janine is strong. But can she beat a hardcore nuzlocke of Pokemon HeartGold using her BEST canon team!?

We've done some hard Pokemon challenges in the past, but usually they were a solo or monotype Pokemon challenge run. What if we still did a really difficult challenge... but using hardcore nuzlocke rules, and with only a Pokemon character's best team as a theme team nuzlocke? Today we find out: can Janine's Best Team Beat a hardcore nuzlocke of Pokemon HeartGold!?

Character Best Team Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
(1) If a Pokémon faints, it must be permanently boxed or released.
(2) Only one encounter per badge obtained.
(3) No Legendaries/Mythicals, duplicates, or same-evolution-line Pokémon can be caught or used. If a duplicate is encountered, the next unique type-specific Pokémon encounter can be caught.
(4) Additional Pokémon may be caught for the purpose of HM use, but these may not be used in battle at any time during the run.
(5) No Items can be used in battle (Held Items are allowed).
(6) Party Pokémon levels are limited to the highest level Pokémon of the next Gym Leader or Elite 4 Member. So long as your Pokémon are at or below the level cap when the Gym Leader/Elite 4 Member battle starts, they can level up mid-battle.
(7) "Set" Battle Mode must be used at all times.
(8) No connecting with other games for the purposes of importing Pokémon, Items, etc.

My favourite part of this run is how many times you won a battle using an on-brand strat. As Koga’s kid and a ninja in her own right, Janine would for sure rely on ‘sneaky’ strategies- like poison, confusion, flinches, etc.- to get the edge on the competition, and with how many times your opps hit themselves or got worn down exactly by poison, it seems like even the game’s RNG was playing along with the theme!

I once used better help for a year and I was suffering with depression, mood swings, family passing away, trauma, and abandonment issues my first three therapist just ignored me and would go days sometimes weeks before responding to my messages it wasn't until my third therapist they actually decided to talk with me regularly and even then all they did was have me vent and they were a yes man just telling me the simplest and easiest answer they could think of in 10 seconds for me to do or advice they never changed there answers even when things would change for better or worse they were pretty much just spamming the A button through the sessions and messages better help is not helpful at all
