I have Ford and Toyotas and I brought recently a CS55 and its quite impressive. To be honest, Ford maintenance is the most costly and for me the least reliable compared to other brands, Toyota reliability is at the TOP no question. but these chinese cars nowadays is going to plunge into the market with their *own reliability, tech and features at a lower price point. Some Filipinos are detractor to these chinese brands since our influenced in car industry is mostly Japan/US/European brands for a long time. But to be honest Chinese Tech and Reliability are way much improved now than the previous decades. Although a lot of them do copies other brands but I can say also that known brands also copies one another, yes? Some of them has the same 3rd party suppliers for most of their major engine and transmission parts and for the design? Please do your own research.

Nice review guys. Been waiting for a proper review of this CS55. Since you mention a comparo, how about an all chinese car comparo with the cs55, hs, coolray (since has almost same torque figure with the cs55) and also the tiggo 7 pro (because...why not?). Hope you guys can make it happen and thanks for making great videos...just for us :)

Agree the grill somehow resembles the Cheshire Cat's evil grin. But the white portion flanking it is more akin to the mouth flaps of a manta ray especially when seen from a distance.

Got CS55 last week because of your video re Chinese cars. As what you've said, you shouldn't judge the book by its cover, the same way you shouldn't judge a car/brand simply by its point of origin. Especially sa dami ng popular brands na pinoproduce sa China like Territory (Ford), Tcross (Volkswagen), Volvos, etc... (Chinese car, foreign badge) :* PS. Previous Honda user.

The pattern on the dashboard lights up when unlocking or opening the doors. It doesnt stay on. Just blinks for a few times.
