Best security system is move out of that you see storm doors with bars on them you know you've picked the wrong neighborhood.

Seems a bit misguided. If you already have wired sensors that work you can upgrade the panel to add the smart home integration features, cellular backup, etc. Less batteries is always a good thing.

The automatic disarm on door unlock is a bad idea. If someone forces you into your home, you’ve just given up any chance of someone being notified as your system disarmed itself.
