Digivolving Spirits 02 Gabumon/Metalgarurumon Review

Welcome to my review of the Digivolving Spirits 02 Gabumon/Metalgarurumon Figure. This is the second die cast transforming figure released, is it a solid follow up to Agumon/Wargreymon?

For those who don't know, Gabumon is a repilian Digimon, wearing a Garurumon's pelt. Hence the "extra limbs" look. Presumably the character was designed with the Warp-Digivolving toy in mind.

I just got mine today and was solidly impressed. This is probably because my first figure was Angewomon who does not hide well at all.

Gabumon looks way more more hidden than Agumon

What are you talking about? This is definitely hidden better than War Greymon. The fact that Agumons face is on the back of War Greymon will always make it more revealing than Metalgarurumon. Just because he's a bit thick, doesn't mean he is unable to hide less(which is not the case at all).

I just watch it 2020. And fyi yess gabumon was actually have an extra hand..he have 4 hands. So u dont need to hiding it

Nice review, but watching it convinced me not to get this toy after all. It is rather sad that they just basically replicated the old Digivolving Gabumon-Metalgarurumon toy and updated it a bit. It transforms exactly the same way, and has the same flaws, those ugly front legs hanging off the back, the Gabumon feet on the Metalgarurumon back, the bad wings... I really wish they did not start off with these two. I have the original toy and it is a mess, trying to sell it actually. Also, dunno why they made this and the other such evolutions. Metalgarurumon from Garurumon, or Weregarurumon, that would make more sense. This skips quite a few digivolutions.
