Roasted Makhana Recipe, Foxnut Recipe with Salt and Pepper

A simple Roasted Makhana recipe that will help you in making the perfect Roast Makhanas in minutes.
For this, I have used just 3 ingredients apart from Makhanas. Ghee, Salt and Pepper
Ingredients
1: Bowl full of Makhanas
2: 1 Large spoon of Ghee
3: 2 tbsp Salt
4: 2 tbsp Coarse Black Pepper
Steps: The steps are pretty simple.
1. You first heat the ghee until it starts melting
2. Next, you add the Makhanas and roast on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Then you add salt and pepper and roast on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
You also need to stir in between to ensure that every side of the Foxnut or Makhana is getting coated properly
4. After 4-5 minutes of roasting on medium heat, your Roasted Makhanas will be ready.
