TODAY'S RECIPE IS Bread Kalakand Recipe | Bread Malai Dessert Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Milk 3 cup
Saffron pinch of
Sugar 1/4 cup
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Let it boil
Milk 1/2 cup (keep aside)
Cook remaining milk
Cook until thickened consistency
Keep aside
Bread pieces (cut the edges)
6 inch mould
Pour prepared kalakand
Bread pieces
Pour restored milk mixture
Repeat the process
Nuts on top
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
