How to Install Ansible AWX 17.x on CentOS7 and RHEL7

This command "ansible-playbook -i ~/awx/installer/inventory ~/awx/installer/install.yml -v" doesn't work any more because the github project hasn't got the files in awx/installer/ anymore. and "pip3 install docker-compose
" only works on centos 8 not on centos 7.

Please install ansible awx on k8s or on azure aks service
