Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt of choice
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sweetener of choice ( we used maple syrup)
if using plain yogurt, add 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Whisk all the ingredients until completely smooth. If you have an ice cream maker, churn according to machine directions. If you don’t, you can freeze in an ice cube tray and later blend the frozen ice cubes in a high-quality food processor until completely smooth.

Ingredients:
4 cups frozen fruit, your favorite
½ cup vanilla greek yogurt or plain
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey or other sweetener
Instructions:
1. In a large food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
2. For strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, mango, use lemon juice. For peach use vanilla extract.
3. Serve immediately or transfer to airtight container and place in freezer until ready to serve.
