The pride and happiness with which he said Kaveri is a quick learner made my heart smile.

"endha suzhnalaiyilum Kaveri ah vittuda maate la?" 🥺 that question from Thaata, knowing that he is aware of the contract marriage, was so powerful to me, and it hit Vijay in the right spot. He was reminded of his not so gentlemanly behaviour towards Kaveri in the beggining of their relationship, and the contract.

Paati's words made me quite emotional for Vijay, "avan aasa pattu kalyanam panitu vandha ponna epidi vechu vazhanum nu avanuku theriyadha?"
I loved how Thaata was observing Vijay.. I am actually very glad that Thaata already knows about the contract..

Something suddenly struck me while watching the episode, I do not want Vijay to think Kaveri is a good fit for the family because of Thaata-Paati's words and therefore think about getting rid of the contract or whatever. I want him to realise his feelings for her, I want him to find the answers to the questions had been having from Kodai regarding the changes in himself..
Only then, when Vennila comes back, he will be absolutely certain that it is not Kaveri or Vennila, it is ONLY KAVERI. She isn't an option.. She is the only one.

Cannot help mention how beautiful Kaveri was looking today.. The glow on her face 🤌🏻 happiness looks good on my baby girl ❤️
