I have stayed in Uttrakhand for 2-3 years and have visited Cloud end n number of times. It is one of the purest and serene places of Mussoorie. And definitely not haunted. Please cross check you facts before filming. Another thing, vehicles can go to cloud end till a very distance whether 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler. I have seen military trucks there too. Moving forward, please re-confirm the information.
