Brandi, this is a useful video about Facebook Reels Monetization requirements. You pubislhed this video on November 23, 2022. And today, March 13, 2023, how much of what you say is remains relevant? Creators in certain countries are excluded from this program. For example, how about video creators residing in countries such as Canada or UK? Would you please do a video with the most up to date information? (March 13, 2023).

I feel like using fair use guidelines, my Reels should be transformative enough to be monetized. Taking a 1:30 gymnastics routine and editing it down to under 30 seconds in an intriguing, interesting, and aesthetically-pleasing way with transitions, etc is work... It's not just reposting content. By any means. But sadly it looks like FB disagrees. And didn't even give me a chance to explain any of this when I requested a review. So irritating.
