How to solve something happened on our end. waiting a bit might help :

1.One of my subscriber ask why it shows this kind of message even i try to download the apps from windows store?.

2.So if you get this issue just one time repair this microsoft store.

3.Because this is one and only way to fix this error message.

4.By simply goto settings - Apps - Apps & Features - Microsoft store - Advanced options.

5.Finally click to "Repair".

6.So i hope if you follow this simple step,finally this problem is solved in permanently.

i watched many YouTube videos to fix this issue, but none of them is worked for me, but this one works... thank u.... and the issue is "windows store service" is disabled in services... just i turned on, my problem solved...

I had the "something went wrong" problem for a while now and no "fix" worked. This is the only guide that anyone has mentioned the services option.
I followed your advice and noticed your windows store install option was set to manual.
For some reason mine was disabled. I set it to manual and started the service and I can now update and install other apps again. Big thank you
