*Benefits to Naruto running* (get ready for a lot of text):

- Your center of gravity is moved forward, making acceleration easier and faster
- You don't swing your arms, saving stamina
- Less arm movement reduces the amount of rustling your clothes make, +stealth points
- More aerodynamic
- Keeping your hands behind your back means you have easier access to your weapons
- Lower to the ground = smaller target from the front & back
- Arms are aligned with each other = smaller target from the sides
- Mad respect from degenerates like me

Also to the people that say you won't be able to catch yourself if you fall while Naruto running, this technique was used my ninjas. They were trained to be agile.
