How can one approach PM/Customer facing executives to help and learn from them? In medium/big companies employees are often expected to stay within their domain of work. For eg, a developer has the freedom to talk to PMs and design teams, but there is a limit up to which we can contribute in a new domain. Also, it is difficult to help and learn from sales teams since it is an entirely different domain.
