I was skeptical about buying this cat toy but the reviews were great. I don't regret it! They all love it - scratching it, laying on it, laying in it, fishing for little toys inside the holes, playing with each other through the openings, etc. Here's a little of the fun.

I made my own ripple rug...just trying to save a few buck$. It worked and I found the right materials but I didn't save THAT much $ ...only about $10...though I have enough material to make and EXTRA ripple rug for friends if I wanted to. My cats are STUPID over this ridiculous thing! It's well worth the $ and unless you really like messing with bulky craft projects, shopping at hardware stores, hand sewing and the like, I recommend BUYING one from the company. This thing is SERIOUSLY attractive to cats. EVEn after they've stomped it down FLAT, they lounge on it, and I have tons of couches, beds, plush rugs and cat beds for them. I don't get cats but, whatever, they love this freaking ripple rug~!
