HiQ Melt for monitoring material quality

To ensure the quality of the parts, WITTMANN BATTENFELD counts on its in-house developed HiQ software. The basis is HiQ Melt. It is used to monitor material quality and calculate a simple key figure based on the Melt Flow Index (MFI). As a result, deviations in material quality can be detected easily and comprehensibly.
