Ruby and Bonnie Healthy vs Unhealthy Lunchbox for School

Ruby and Bonnie are attending school when Bonnie appears to be very tired and lethargic in her lessons. The teacher discovers Bonnie is eating very unhealthy food and needs to make healthier choices to have energy at school. Healthy eating is a key part of our ethos around empowerment. The teacher explains that to be prepared for learning, kids need to be well-rested, well-fed and properly nourished.
