I guess this teacher has never heard of Nestle or other multinational corporations spawned from capitalism. People in Africa die because of their unchecked practices. Dont get me wrong as a person from an ex Soviet block country I agree a lot of people have died because of socialism. The issues come from the extremes of both systems, rather than inherent to any of them. I dont think he should be pushing this black and white view, but I guess he was a child during the cold war so that is what was pushed on him.
