Art’otel Gallery Sessions, a collaboration between Version Music Studio and Art'otel London Hoxton! This series aims to beautifully intertwine the realms of art and music within the innovative gallery space at Art’otel London Hoxton.
We are proud to spotlight the talented Tomás Doncker, a New York blues artist.
Tomás Doncker, founder of True Groove Records, is a pioneering force in New York's music and arts scene. Since the 1980s, he's made waves as a member of influential bands like The Contortions and Defunkt and collaborated with icons like Bootsy Collins and Yoko Ono. His recent project, "Endangered," co-created with Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Yusef Komunyakaa and artist Floyd Tunson, explores the plight of Black men in America through an immersive multimedia experience. Doncker's work has garnered acclaim from major outlets, establishing him as a unique cross-genre innovator.
