Hey, Chef. It's not pizza, but while you're in Brooklyn go to the Bay Ridge neighborhood, and look up a place called "Hôm". It's a kitschy little shop in front, and a 6 table restaurant in back. The kitchen is _tiny_, and everything that comes out of it is outstanding!
