Mr Beast did a great thing, he cured a particular type of blindness but to his young and impressionable audience it could be easily mistaken that he cured all blindness. I'm glad that you have made this clear without downplaying the good that Mr Beast has done and still inform people of the truth.

This is a perfect example of (unintended) misinformation. We can never be too cautious of what we read online, or what we see online. There are some folks who believe that everything they read or see or hear is true. We should be our own skeptics and verify information before accepting it as truth or fact. Appreciate everything that you do and your message Pete! I have Retinitis Pigmentosa, another rare degenerative retinal disease. There’s definitely some big things in the pipeline and I’m hoping there will be some form of treatment for mild to moderate cases as well as preventative medicines in the next few years. I still have most of my eyesight but you’re an excellent reminder that the future doesn’t have to be so bleak! You’re truly an inspiration!
