I just got mine two weeks before Christmas. Haven't had much time to get into it but I can't wait. I used to have to slug around big tool bag that had my POD and a small mixer that I could plug my phone into for jamming. The bag also has numerous cables ( no Bluetooth on the POD or mixer) and a bunch of misc crap. Its heavier than the Spark 2 so I call it a win all around. No more jamming whatever pedals I could fit in there! Awesome!

There is one thing that many people didn't think about but is a very nice feature, it's one thing that it give with being also battery powered. When you record, sometimes you may have problems with bad electrical wiring at some places, and that can cause some annoying buzz. So, being battery powered eliminate that problem. You can play or record anywhere without having any grounding issues whatsoever.

Received my Spark 2 yesterday and set it up this morning. Have not downloaded the app yet, but will soon. I have a Spark 40 and boy, what a difference in tone! Can't wait to dig into it. Thanks for the demo!

Yes, I received my Spark 2 and was able to use it for a week and a half. Went to use it and couldn’t get it to power on at all. I filled out the form for customer support. It took about a week to hear from them. without doing any troubleshooting on it. It started working. I put in a formal request to send it back for a replacement or a new one. I have sent it back to PG. It’s about a week, I have not heard any word from them.

I have the mini already and ordered the spark 2 on launch day. Mine goes on work trips with me. The mini is in Vegas for the week right now. These amps are great. Can’t wait to get my spark 2

I have a Spark and Spark Mini and love them both. Was thinking of using the discount for previous owners to pre-order a Spark 2, but sadly will not be doing so. As of their last updates, neither my Spark nor the mini will connect the control interface to either my Android phone or my iPad.

I've written to Positive Grid about this weeks ago and have received no response. I posted about this in their forum and have received no notification of any comment or response. I then learned this past weekend that my brother's Spark, a gift from me, is behaving the same way. We can only connect to it for audio, but cannot change or alter presets, etc., as the control interface fails to connect consistently. A most unfortunate chain of events.

The Looper having count in is a nice feature. This is a very versatile practice/jamming amp. Got in on the 1st Drop batch.

Am I mistaken or there is a difference in sound when you record loop and when you play it back?
